Starting with our January 8, 2010 meeting, we have been holding a monthly "Magician of the Month" contest.
All members, including guests, are invited to participate. The participant will perform any effect they desire, that is in keeping with that month's contest theme (e.g., rope, liquid, money, paper, etc.). The performance is judged by at least 3 "appointed judges for the evening." The winner will receive the honorary title of "Magician of the Month".
Each Magicain of the Month will receive a small trophy. The magician who wins the most of these trophies during the year, will receive a larger trophy at the end of the year acknowledging him/her as SAM Assembly 11 Magician of the Year.
