I know the information on a subject webpage has changed (e.g., someone told me), but the new text/info is not showing up on my computer screen. How do I view the revised webpage?

Try "refreshing" your screen. E.g., if using Microsoft (MS) Internet Explorer, click on "View" from the toolbar, and then "Refresh." If this doesn't work, then you may need to clear your internet history.

Why won't the e-mail links work for me?

The e-mail links on this website work with (at least) Microsoft Outlook and Mac Mail. If you use a different e-mail program, you may experience trouble. If you are having trouble with the e-mail links, merely open up your usual e-mail program and enter the e-mail address directly into your e-mail program.

Why am I having trouble seeing / downloading documents (e.g., Audition Form, Patron Form, etc.) from the website?

These documents are in .pdf format. You need to have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view .pdf documents. This program is free and can be downloaded by clicking here: Adobe Reader - free download
